Cancellation conditions

📅 Cancellation and no-show policy

Cancellations are free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival and must be made by the person who made the reservation. The date we receive the cancellation will be considered the cancellation date.

The full payment must be made no later than 30 days prior to arrival.

For cancellations between 30 and 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.

For cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival or in case of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.

In case of early departure, no refund will be given.

We recommend taking out travel and cancellation insurance.
